A new level of hotel and resort service has arrived in South Beach. The
Angler's Boutique Resort is an impressive and stylish resort complex that is
opening its doors in South Beach's Washington Square, in the heart of the
shopping and entertainment district, and only two blocks from the beach.
Keith Space (formerly of Miami's famous Delano Hotel) is creating a hotel
environment with style, beauty and the highest levels of service in Miami Beach.
The Angler's will rival Europe's finest five-star hotels, while providing an
intimate and chic environment for its guests.
Developer Gregg Covin (Ten Museum Park) has crafted The Angler's Boutique
Resort out of two 1930s art deco buildings (now entirely rebuilt from the inside
out), plus he added two new modern towers. Legendary designer Wallace Tutt
(Versace Mansion, Bahamas' Rock House) has designed the rooms and public areas,
and The Angler's is offering its own unique style to guests and their friends.
Also, Miami-promoter, Michael Capponi, has teamed up with The Angler's and condo
unit owners get VIP access to many of Miami's night clubs.
The 49 hotel suites at The Angler's Boutique Resort are individually-owned as
condo units. A select number of condo units remain, and each is eligible
for The Angler's Five-Star Rental Program. Under this program, owners may
rent out their suites through the hotel management program. Hotel rental
program details available from The Angler's.
