About Faena
Faena is the Mid-Beach district Alan Faena built around a 1948 hotel, a Foster + Partners tower and an OMA forum. Its two condos sit side by side on the ocean: the 13 Faena Hotel Residences in the upper floors of the former Saxony, and Faena House next door, with 44 residences wrapped in deep terraces. Both were completed in 2015, with Len Blavatnik backing the district. Across Collins Avenue sit the Faena Forum by Rem Koolhaas and Shohei Shigematsu of OMA and the Faena Bazaar, and owners have the hotel's spa, beach service and restaurants within reach.
