About Mark Zilbert

Mark Zilbert has spent more than two decades at the center of Miami Beach real estate. Originally from Montreal, he came to real estate from a career in technology and project management, a background that has shaped everything since. In 2003 he founded Zilbert Realty Group, a Miami Beach brokerage that became known as much for its technology as for its sales: Zilbert.com put real market data, every listing, every sale, every building, in front of buyers at a time when most brokerages kept it behind a phone call. National business press took notice, and so did buyers around the world.

Mark and his firm have brokered more than $4 billion in real estate transactions across his career. His own sales span South Florida's most recognized addresses:  The Continuum, Surf Club Four Seasons, Oceana Bal Harbour, Murano Grande, ICON South Beach, Apogee, The Setai, and as broker he oversaw record-setting deals including a $60 million penthouse sale at Faena House and a $27 million penthouse at The Setai. In 2015 he merged his firm into Brown Harris Stevens, founding that brand's Miami presence, and in 2021 relaunched Zilbert as an independent platform. Today Mark is a licensed real estate broker based in Florida and affiliated with ONE Sotheby's International Realty in Miami, with additional operations under Zilbert Realty Group in the North Carolina mountains.
