About Surf Club Four Seasons South Tower
Surf Club Four Seasons South Tower is the Richard Meier tower south of the restored Surf Club, at 9001 Collins Avenue. Finished in 2017, the 12-story tower holds 80 of the complex's 147 residences, most of them large: two- to six-bedrooms from 1,617 SqFt up to a six-bedroom of 9,279 SqFt on the eighth floor. Joseph Dirand designed the interiors and Lee Mindel chose the finishes with Meier, and each residence opens from a private elevator. Owners have the Four Seasons hotel's service, its spa of about 15,000 SqFt, the pools and cabanas, and the club's restaurants, among them one by Thomas Keller.
