About Surf Club Four Seasons
Surf Club Four Seasons is the restored 1930 Surf Club, between two Richard Meier condo towers and a Four Seasons hotel. Fort Partners, led by Nadim Ashi, reopened Russell Pancoast's private club in 2017 with 147 residences, 80 in the South Tower and 67 in the North Tower, Kobi Karp as local architect and Joseph Dirand designing the residences, the hotel and the spa. The club once drew Winston Churchill, Frank Sinatra and Elizabeth Taylor, and its Peacock Alley and beach cabanas were kept. On about 9 acres of oceanfront, owners have Four Seasons service, a spa of about 15,000 SqFt, several pools and the club's restaurants.
