About Portofino Tower
Portofino Tower is a 44-story condo on Government Cut at the southern tip of Miami Beach. Completed in 1997, it was one of the first luxury towers in South of Fifth. Designed by Sieger Suarez, it offers 216 residences in ten floorplans, from 1 to 4 bedrooms and roughly 1,090 to 5,680 SqFt, including three four-bedroom penthouses. A four-story lobby opens onto a resort amenity deck of pools, tennis, a spa and gardens, set on a 4.5-acre common area shared with the neighboring tower at 400 South Pointe Drive. Valet and security are available 24 hours a day.
