About Bentley Bay
Bentley Bay is a pair of curved bayfront condo towers at 520 and 540 West Avenue in South Beach. Arquitectonica drew them as two sails of 26 and 24 stories for developer Riccardo Olivieri, and they were completed in 2004 as one condominium of 167 residences, only 4 to a floor in each tower. The South Tower carries the larger units and penthouses, and the North Tower one- and two-bedrooms. Between them are a marina, a 5th-floor deck with an infinity-edge pool and two whirlpools, and a spa with sauna and steam rooms.
