About Fontainebleau Resort

Fontainebleau Resort is Morris Lapidus's 1954 hotel on the ocean in Mid-Beach and the two condo-hotel towers beside it. Fontainebleau II Tresor, with 461 suites, and Fontainebleau III Sorrento, with 285, were added by Turnberry in 2005 and 2008 to a Nichols Brosch Sandoval design, next to the curved original that has been a National Historic Landmark since 2010. Every condo unit can join the hotel rental program, and owners use the resort's oceanfront pools, including the bowtie pool, the 40,000-SqFt LAPIS spa and its restaurants and nightlife.
