About Shore Club Private Collection
Shore Club Private Collection is under construction at 1901 Collins Avenue, where Robert A.M. Stern Architects is placing a new tower behind the retained Shore Club facade and lobby and the restored 1939 Cromwell Hotel. The county still carries the site as hotel land with no condominium recorded, so nothing here is finished. Plans call for 49 residences across three buildings: the tower, six homes in Cromwell House, and a single oceanfront Beach House. Witkoff and Monroe Capital are the developers, with Kobi Karp as executive architect, hotel interiors by Bryan O'Sullivan Studio and landscape by Island Planning Corporation. The Setai adjoins the site to the north.
