Ritz-Carlton Residences is a lakefront condo at 4701 North Meridian Avenue, on Lake Surprise in the middle of Miami Beach. Designed by Piero Lissoni, his first architecture project in the United States, for Lionheart Capital and completed in 2019, it reuses the buildings of the former Miami Heart Institute on a 7-acre site. It has 110 residences from 1,301 SqFt to a residence of 9,924 SqFt, plus 15 villas of about 3,300 to 4,500 SqFt. Owners have a half-acre rooftop pool deck, a marina with a private boat, a spa, a gym and a screening room.
