About The Courts
The Courts at South Beach is a gated compound of 8 low-rise buildings between 1st and 2nd Streets in South of Fifth. The buildings are set around a central piazza with a waterfall fountain. All 8 are one condominium of 184 residences, built in phases from 1996 to 2004 along Meridian, Jefferson and Michigan Avenues in a Mediterranean style of stucco, tile roofs and arched windows. Floorplans run from 1 to 5 bedrooms, about 730 to 2,640 SqFt. The building at 100 Meridian Avenue, marketed as Cosmopolitan Courts, holds 23 of the residences. The entry gate is manned 24 hours a day, and residents have a heated pool, a fitness center with sauna, a racquetball court and a rooftop terrace with barbecues.
