About Roney Palace
Roney Palace is an oceanfront condo at 2301 Collins Avenue, where the 1926 Roney Plaza hotel once stood. The Schultze & Weaver hotel came down in 1968, and the present tower was renovated and renamed Roney Palace in 2000. Its 557 residences are mostly studios and one-bedrooms from 600 to about 1,480 SqFt, about 42 to a floor, with a penthouse level whose largest residence is 2,520 SqFt. The building shares about 600 feet of beach with the hotel beside it, and has oceanfront pools, cabanas, valet and 24-hour security.
