About Faena House Miami Beach
Faena House Miami Beach is an oceanfront condo at 3315 Collins Avenue, designed by Foster + Partners. Completed in 2015 for Alan Faena's Faena Group as the district's residential tower, it holds 44 residences, half of them four-bedrooms, from 699 to about 5,000 SqFt, plus penthouses up to 7,443 SqFt; its top penthouse sold for $60 million, a Miami high at the time. Every residence has the wraparound terrace the building calls an alero, and the rooftop penthouse has its own pool. Residents have a spa with saunas and steam, a gym, pools, a beach club and valet parking below ground.
