About South Flagler

South Flagler Drive runs along the western shore of the Lake Worth Lagoon from downtown south toward Southern Boulevard, and it forms the eastern boundary of the historic districts set behind it. The El Cid nomination names the drive as that district's edge, and Prospect Park and Southland Park follow the same shoreline further south. The Norton Museum of Art stands a block inland on South Dixie Highway, opened in 1941 to a design by Marion Sims Wyeth and rebuilt by Foster and Partners in 2019.

Averages are weighted as total dollars over total square feet. We calculate averages based on closed sales in the MLS for the past 12 months, as of September 11, 2026. Averages are based on properties that are listed or sold for $350,000 and greater. Additional reports at all price points are available here. Price-per-square-foot figures are rounded to the nearest dollar, up or down. Where fewer than 5 closed sales exist in the window, we report the count rather than an average.
