About Solimar
Solimar is a pair of 12-story oceanfront towers in Surfside, at 9559 and 9595 Collins Avenue, with 214 residences. Completed in 2001 and 2002, the towers form one condominium, 106 units in the south tower and 108 in the north, almost all two- and three-bedrooms from 1,260 SqFt, in ten floorplans.
