About Loft Downtown
Loft Downtown is two Downtown Miami condo towers by The Related Group, Loft Downtown I and II, from 2005 and 2007. Both are Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates designs, together holding 689 residences, mostly one- and two-bedroom lofts with concrete floors and high ceilings. The first tower sits beside the Metromover, and the First Street station runs through the second. Each has its own pool deck, gym and spa rooms, and the second adds a rooftop pool and a glass-walled gym on the 35th floor looking toward the bay.
