About Edition Miami Beach Residences
Edition Miami Beach Residences is the condo inside the Miami Beach EDITION, the 1955 Seville Hotel at 2901 Collins Avenue. Designed by John Pawson for Ian Schrager and Marriott, the residences were completed in 2014 in Melvin Grossman's landmarked hotel and a newer tower beside it. The 24 apartments run from 824 SqFt to a penthouse of 5,011 SqFt, with duplexes, triplexes and two penthouses with private pools, plus Beach House and Bay House residences with plunge pools. Owners have a private entrance and the hotel's services, and the EDITION's ice rink, bowling alley and nightclub are downstairs.
