Designed by Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates and completed in 2009, it keeps the landmark front on Ocean Drive and puts 28 residences behind it in three kinds: 4 lofts and 5 flats of about 1,200 to 1,440 SqFt, and 19 tower residences, most with four bedrooms, from 2,303 to 5,881 SqFt. The tower apartments have private elevators and run east to west through the building. A beachfront pool, a fitness center, a theater, cabanas and valet complete it, with deeded access to the sand.
