About Mirador South
Mirador South is the larger of the two Mirador condos, 446 residences at 1000 West Avenue on Biscayne Bay. The 17-story building began as rental apartments and became a condominium in 2005 under Crescent Heights, redesigned for the conversion by Bernard Zyscovich. Studios and one-bedrooms make up most of it, from 543 SqFt, alongside two-bedroom homes and a handful of larger residences up to 3,577 SqFt. Owners share the bayside docks with the North tower, and the building has its own heated pool, a 5,000-SqFt fitness center, a sauna, a salon, valet and 24-hour security.
