Juno Beach

An oceanfront town named for Juno, once the seat of Dade County

About Juno Beach

Juno Beach takes its name from Juno, the vanished town a few miles south that was the seat of Dade County from 1889 until Miami took it in 1899, and the southern end of the Jupiter and Lake Worth Railway, nicknamed the Celestial Railroad for its four stations, Juno, Venus, Mars and Jupiter. The present town is separate and later: Bessemer Properties filed its plat in 1948 and it incorporated in 1953. Juno Dunes Natural Area runs from the ocean to the Intracoastal, and an observation platform there reaches 44 feet, among the highest natural ground in the county.

Averages are weighted as total dollars over total square feet. We calculate averages based on closed sales in the MLS for the past 12 months, as of September 14, 2026. Averages are based on properties that are listed or sold for $350,000 and greater. Additional reports at all price points are available here. Price-per-square-foot figures are rounded to the nearest dollar, up or down. Where fewer than 5 closed sales exist in the window, we report the count rather than an average.
