Del-Ida Park

A 1923 plat and historic district north of downtown Delray Beach

About Del-Ida Park

Del-Ida Park was platted on 18 September 1923 by the Ocean City Development Company, a venture organized by J. C. Secord of Miami, and it is one of the earliest planned neighborhoods in Delray Beach. Secord ran diagonal streets through the grid, which left triangular blocks and three small parks at the odd corners, and gave the streets names like Lake Court, Royal Court, Fern Court and Palm Court. It sits north of downtown between Swinton Avenue and Northeast 3rd Avenue, and the city designated it a historic district in 1988. A survey found 22 Mediterranean Revival buildings put up between 1923 and 1930.

Averages are weighted as total dollars over total square feet. We calculate averages based on closed sales in the MLS for the past 12 months, as of August 24, 2026. Averages are based on properties that are listed or sold for $350,000 and greater. Additional reports at all price points are available here. Price-per-square-foot figures are rounded to the nearest dollar, up or down. Where fewer than 5 closed sales exist in the window, we report the count rather than an average.
