About Granada

Granada takes its name from Granada Boulevard and from the golf course at its center. The City of Coral Gables owns and operates the nine hole, par 36 Granada Golf Course at 2001 Granada Boulevard, which opened in January 1923 to a design by the golf architect William Langford of Langford and Moreau. The Florida Department of State, which carries the course on its Florida Historic Golf Trail, calls it the oldest continuously operating nine hole course in the state. The ground around it was recorded as the Coral Gables Granada Section in Plat Book 8 at Page 113.

Averages are weighted as total dollars over total square feet. We calculate averages based on closed sales in the MLS for the past 12 months, as of September 15, 2026. Averages are based on properties that are listed or sold for $350,000 and greater. Additional reports at all price points are available here. Price-per-square-foot figures are rounded to the nearest dollar, up or down. Where fewer than 5 closed sales exist in the window, we report the count rather than an average.
