About Prive
Prive is two mirrored 16-story towers of 160 condo residences on an 8-acre private island in Dumfoundling Bay. BH3 and Gary Cohen developed it to a Sieger Suarez design, the towers curving along the island's edges, and finished it in 2017 and 2018, reached by a private road, bridge and gatehouse. Two- to six-bedroom residences span about 2,300 to 5,800 SqFt, and penthouses have rooftop pools, with ceilings as high as 17 feet. Shared space of about 70,000 SqFt includes two 10,000-SqFt fitness centers, tennis, a private beach and a private marina.
