About Paramount Bay
Paramount Bay is a 47-story bayfront condo of 338 residences at 2020 North Bayshore Drive in Edgewater, completed in 2010. Arquitectonica designed it for Royal Palm Companies, with interior concepts by Lenny Kravitz's Kravitz Design, and its quarter-circle shape was set to save a Mediterranean Revival house, later demolished. Floorplans of one to five bedrooms cover 1,128 to 4,055 SqFt. Two pools, one facing the sunset, a spa, a gym, club and party rooms and lounges for children and teens serve residents.
