About Met 1
Met 1 is a 40-story condo of 447 residences at 300 South Biscayne Boulevard, opposite Bayfront Park, from 2008. MDM Development Group built it with the O'Neal Group as the first of four towers in its complex, with Nichols Brosch Sandoval as architect, on land that once held the Royal Palm Hotel of 1897.
