Wilton Manors

The Island City, bounded by both forks of the Middle River

About Wilton Manors

Wilton Manors is known as the Island City because the North and South Forks of the Middle River bound it above and below. E. J. Willingham platted a subdivision under the name in 1925, the crash stopped him, and the ground was built out after the Second World War, incorporating as a village in 1947 and as a city in 1953. It covers about two square miles just east of Interstate 95 and completely surrounds the tiny separate village of Lazy Lake. Wilton Drive is its main street and has carried an arts and entertainment overlay since 1997.

Averages are weighted as total dollars over total square feet. We calculate averages based on closed sales in the MLS for the past 12 months, as of September 15, 2026. Averages are based on properties that are listed or sold for $350,000 and greater. Additional reports at all price points are available here. Price-per-square-foot figures are rounded to the nearest dollar, up or down. Where fewer than 5 closed sales exist in the window, we report the count rather than an average.
