Northwood Harbor

A north-end historic district, inland of North Flagler Drive

About Northwood Harbor

Northwood Harbor is a locally designated West Palm Beach historic district in the north end, a narrow inland strip west of North Flagler Drive that the city names on its own map of historic district boundaries. Designation restricts demolition and alteration inside the line. The waterfront parcels on North Flagler lie outside that boundary, which is why the run of new towers there has gone up against the district rather than within it. Icon Marina Village opened on the drive in 2023 and Alba Palm Beach topped off in 2025.

Averages are weighted as total dollars over total square feet. We calculate averages based on closed sales in the MLS for the past 12 months, as of September 15, 2026. Averages are based on properties that are listed or sold for $350,000 and greater. Additional reports at all price points are available here. Price-per-square-foot figures are rounded to the nearest dollar, up or down. Where fewer than 5 closed sales exist in the window, we report the count rather than an average.
