The Delmore is a 12-story oceanfront condo by Zaha Hadid Architects at 8777 Collins Avenue in Surfside. It sits on the site of Champlain Towers South, which collapsed in 2021, and DAMAC International bought the land at auction for $120 million. With interiors by Hirsch Bedner Associates, the building holds 37 four- and five-bedroom residences, no more than four to a floor, averaging about 7,000 SqFt, with penthouses from about 10,000 SqFt. More than 55,000 SqFt of amenities include a 75-foot pool, a transparent pool on the roof, a meditation garden of more than 20,000 SqFt and a private restaurant for residents, on about 200 feet of beach.
