About Acqualina

Acqualina is the Trump Group's oceanfront enclave in Sunny Isles Beach, four towers with 560 residences. At 17749 to 17975 Collins Avenue, Jules and Eddie Trump, no relation to Donald Trump, completed the Acqualina Resort with its 244 residences in 2006, added the Mansions with 84 in 2015, and finished the two Estates towers, 149 and 83 units, in 2022 and 2023, with lobbies by Karl Lagerfeld. Owners across the enclave have the resort's ESPA spa and restaurants, and the Estates add an ice rink, bowling and a FlowRider.
