The Standard Residences Brickell is a condo tower on the Miami River at 690 SW 1st Avenue, by Newgard and Two Roads. Arquitectonica designed it within the One Brickell Riverfront site, with GOODRICH interiors and G.T. McDonald as builder, and it topped off in February 2026. Its studio to two-bedroom residences run about 500 to 1,100 SqFt. A rooftop pool sits on the top floor, the 10th floor holds a spa with plunge pools, a fitness center, a bowling alley and a screening room, and a riverfront restaurant fills the ground floor.
