About Venetian Islands

A chain of six man-made islands strung across Biscayne Bay between mainland Miami and Miami Beach, linked by the historic Venetian Causeway, which replaced the 1913 Collins Bridge in 1925. The four central islands — San Marco, Di Lido, San Marino, and Rivo Alto — are almost entirely single-family, mixing open-water lots with interior homes, while Belle Isle at the eastern end carries the chain's condominium buildings.

Zilbert features 29 condos and 15 single family homes for sale in Venetian Islands today.

Averages are weighted as total dollars over total square feet. We calculate averages based on closed sales in the MLS for the past 12 months, as of September 16, 2026. Averages are based on properties that are listed or sold for $350,000 and greater. Additional reports at all price points are available here. Price-per-square-foot figures are rounded to the nearest dollar, up or down. Where fewer than 5 closed sales exist in the window, we report the count rather than an average.
