Stern Architects, its first oceanfront project, for Witkoff and Monroe Capital, it sits on a 3-acre site with the 1949 Shore Club by Albert Anis and the 1939 Cromwell. The residences take three forms: a 200-foot tower in staggered tiers where no two floorplans repeat, units inside the restored Cromwell, and a single Beach House of about 6,000 SqFt. Interiors with Kobi Karp draw on classic yachts. Residents have a private pool and gardens, a porte-cochère, a fitness center, a library and a lounge, with the Auberge spa, beach club and dining on the same site.
