Flagler Village

The arts district north of downtown Fort Lauderdale

About Flagler Village

Flagler Village covers about 250 acres north of downtown, from the Florida East Coast Railway tracks east to Federal Highway, between Broward Boulevard and Sunrise Boulevard. It was a warehouse and residential district, and it sits inside the Northwest, Progresso and Flagler Heights redevelopment area the city created in November 1995. Around 2000 Doug McCraw and Lutz Hofbauer began FAT Village, the Flagler Arts and Technology district, in its converted warehouses, known for monthly art walks. Brightline opened its station at 101 NW 2nd Avenue in January 2018.

Averages are weighted as total dollars over total square feet. We calculate averages based on closed sales in the MLS for the past 12 months, as of September 14, 2026. Averages are based on properties that are listed or sold for $350,000 and greater. Additional reports at all price points are available here. Price-per-square-foot figures are rounded to the nearest dollar, up or down. Where fewer than 5 closed sales exist in the window, we report the count rather than an average.
