Osceola Park

A platted neighborhood south of downtown Delray Beach

About Osceola Park

Osceola Park is both a recorded plat and a neighborhood the city plans for by name, lying south of downtown between Federal Highway and the Florida East Coast Railroad. The redevelopment agency treats it as a district of about 170 acres and the city adopted a redevelopment plan for it on 6 December 2004, updated in 2019. Its streets are the southeast numbered grid, First through Seventh Avenues and Fourth through Tenth Streets, with a strip of small businesses along Southeast 2nd Avenue by the railroad. It is not a historic district, despite a similarly named one on the National Register in Vero Beach.

Averages are weighted as total dollars over total square feet. We calculate averages based on closed sales in the MLS for the past 12 months, as of September 15, 2026. Averages are based on properties that are listed or sold for $350,000 and greater. Additional reports at all price points are available here. Price-per-square-foot figures are rounded to the nearest dollar, up or down. Where fewer than 5 closed sales exist in the window, we report the count rather than an average.
