About Gables Club Tower I
Gables Club Tower I holds 96 residences on Biscayne Bay at 10 Edgewater Drive in Coral Gables, completed in 1996 and 1997. Robert M. Swedroe designed the Gables Club complex in a Mediterranean style for Marc Kovens, with apartments from two-bedroom plans of 2,570 SqFt to a 10,190-SqFt residence.
