Kenilworth Bal Harbour is a 148-residence oceanfront condo on the site of Bal Harbour's first hotel. The Kenilworth-by-the-Sea opened here in 1946, and Arthur Godfrey broadcast his national show from it in 1953; the present building at 10205 Collins Avenue replaced it in 1975, on 18 stories. There is a heated pool and sauna, a gym, a billiards room, garage parking and valet, with deeded beach rights.
