About The Point
The Point is a 36-acre waterfront community at Point Place in northeast Aventura, with three Atlantic condo towers. Coscan built Atlantic Two in 1996, Atlantic Three in 2000 and Atlantic One in 2004 to Robert M. Swedroe's master plan, with 470 residences and waterfront townhomes. More than 500 feet of Intracoastal frontage runs along its eastern edge and a yacht marina along the western, with a promenade around the marina and a viewing pier. The 25,000-SqFt Residents' Club and Spa has a sauna, steam room, aerobics studio, cafe, library, media room and billiards, beside four lighted Har-Tru tennis courts.
