About Echo Aventura
Echo Aventura is two 12-story condo towers at 3250 and 3300 NE 188th Street on 5 waterfront acres, with 190 residences. PMG and JDS Development Group built it, with Carlos Ott as architect and Yabu Pushelberg on the interiors in their first project together, and it was finished in 2015. Two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments, some with a den or a service suite, run 1,400 to 5,428 SqFt, each reached by its own elevator and with a bayfront terrace. Residents have a bayfront infinity-edge pool with poolside service, a 4,000-SqFt fitness center with a yoga room, a rooftop garden, an event room and two assigned garage spaces per residence.
