The building, formerly the Gansevoort South, reopened as the 1 Hotel in 2015 under Starwood Capital and LeFrak, and the condominium fills the 9th through 17th floors, 239 units in all. Floorplans run from one-bedrooms of about 580 SqFt to three-bedrooms, and the largest penthouse reaches 3,675 SqFt; Debora Aguiar designed the residence interiors. Owners have the hotel's pools, spa, restaurants and about 600 feet of beach.
