THIS WEEK.
- I am taking early reservations. There
are only 90 units for sale.
- If you wish to be considered for a unit,
you must fill out the form below. Once
we receive it, we will e-mail or fax you a
RESERVATION FORM.
- We need to collect a REFUNDABLE $50,000
deposit immediately, which will be held in
an escrow account at First American Title
Insurance Company
- In Mid-February we will notify you if we
were able to accommodate your request.

unit we will assume that you want any
one of the units. If, however, you
want to purchase all of the units you

complete your request by scrolling down
further to the section where we ask for you
contact information. Then, you hit the

Tower A - 20 stories - each unit is a half-sphere
with approximately 2000 sf of living space. Any
two units may be combined to create a complete spherical
living space (4000sf).
Tower B - 15 stories - first four floors are
Ritz-Carlton Club timeshares. 5th floor and higher
are condo apartments
Tower C - 17 stories - only three units per
floor, or all units combinable into one unit
INSTRUCTIONS: Select
one or more of the floorplan types below. We will
select ONE of your choices only. The more
flexibility you have in choices the more we can
accommodate you.
Many units are combinable, just
let me know in your comments below if you wish to
purchase two units and have them combined into one unit.

both the buyer and the seller, but a licensee will
not work to represent one party to the detriment of
the other party when acting as a transaction broker
