Description of Mosaic
Mosaic is one of the newest luxury condo projects taking shape in South
Beach. This amazing condo complex will be located at Collins Avenue and 38th
Street. This is just north of the Roney Palace and just south of The
Fontainebleau.

design concept consisting of 84 condominium residences with private elevators,
and four oceanfront townhouse residences. Mosaic's condominium residences are
being designed to capture the location's panoramic views of the Atlantic,
Intracoastal Waterway and Miami skyline. Interiors will be embellished with
architectural detailing and appointments to serve both beauty and comfort, with
functional flow through floorplan designs.
There are some very special features and amenities with MOSAIC:
