About Continuum South Tower
Continuum South Tower is a condo tower on Government Cut at the southern tip of Miami Beach. The cruise ships pass along the channel, with Fisher Island directly across the water. Completed in 2002, the tower consists of 294 residences, and none is a studio: floorplans start at 2 bedrooms and run to the largest homes on the Continuum site, from about 1,590 to 10,750 SqFt, with townhouses at the base and penthouses at the top. 20 of the original residences have been combined into larger homes over the years. Residents share the gated 12-acre grounds with the North Tower, including the beach club on the sand, the lagoon pool, 3 tennis courts and the spa. Developed by Ian Bruce Eichner's Continuum Company, designed by Fullerton Diaz Architects.
