About Continuum North Tower
Continuum North Tower is the second of the two Continuum towers, completed in 2008 at 50 South Pointe Drive and set back behind the beach club on the oceanfront site. It consists of 202 residences with the full range of floorplans, from studios of about 610 to 700 SqFt on the 5th and 6th floors to residences of about 6,700 SqFt, with lofts and penthouses on the upper floors. Ceilings are 10 feet, and residences have private balconies with glass railings. Residents share the gated 12-acre grounds with the South Tower: the beach club on the sand, the lagoon pool, 3 tennis courts and the spa. Designed by Sieger Suarez.
