With a sales team of approximately 200 multilingual, award-winning Realtor professionals, Phil will lead the sales, recruiting and expansion of Brown Harris Stevens Miami.
Formerly the Vice President of Sales at Douglas Elliman Development Marketing, Phil spearheaded the sales strategies for some of the brokerage’s high profile Florida projects, a portfolio of over $3 billion dollars in real estate. Brilliantly transitioning between new development sales and residential resale, Phil’s role at Brown Harris Stevens has been highly impactful. With the recruitment of high-end, top producing Realtors, facilitating new acquisition opportunities and overseeing the launch of the new website, BHSMiami.com, Phil’s role at Brown Harris Stevens is multi-faceted and significant.
With an impressive resume that includes more than a decade of proven executive level leadership in real estate and hospitality development projects, Phil has been instrumental leading a number of successful sales teams, including the largest residential project in the United States: the Las Vegas’ Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino. Phil’s key approach and direction over the project, which included strategic planning, financial management, training, quality control and negotiation, resulted in the sale of over 1,800 units in 18 months with an astounding $1.275 billion in revenue, an achievement that has yet to be surpassed.
In addition to his achievements at The Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino, Phil has been an integral team member of some of the country’s most notable high-end condominium and condo-hotel properties including the world renown Canyon Ranch, Miami Beach; 1 Hotel and Homes with Richard Lefrak; Monad Terrace with JDS; Ritz Carlton Residences; and The Bristol Palm Beach. As a licensed real estate broker in three key markets: New York, Nevada and Florida, Phil’s education, experience and expansive network of clients and colleagues provides him with an arsenal of unique abilities to represent the most discerning clientele.
