Luis R. Fernandez is a staple in the South Florida real estate market for over 25 years. From 1997 to 2010, Luis and his wife, Giovanna, owned and operated a boutique real estate company in Coral Gables. Coral Gables is the home of Luis's alma mater, the University of Miami, and always dreamed of having his own company right in the City Beautiful. At the height of the market, they were home to over 30 agents and remained as a company with a reputation of integrity. In 2010, Keller Williams Coral Gables-Coconut Grove began discussions to merge their boutique firm into their office where Luis and Giovanna have since ran their top producing team, the LRF Group and headed the Luxury Division of this office. Their team is uniquely trained, each with specialized core competencies, giving them the ability to serve the public at a high level. This team concept has become a big reason customers and clients have come to appreciate the benefits of working with the LRF Group resulting in over 65% of their business coming from referrals and repeat customers. Luis holds BA from University of Miami with a post-graduate degree from FIU.
